Shipment processing times:

 

Products that are in-stock will be processed in approximately 3-5 business days.  Many of the products we offer are in extremely high demand, and may have a lead time exceeding our typical processing time.  We greatly appreciate your support and patience while we work hard fulfilling those orders as fast as possible! 

 

If any unexpected significant order shipping/processing delay occurs, we will inform you via email ASAP.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order is shipping out.  Unfortunately, we have no control over when packages are picked up and processed by the shipping provider, or when the tracking number(s) will go "live."  Please contact the shipping provider for more information.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Sureshot Armament Group USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

 

Sureshot Armament Group USA is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you think your order was lost, stolen, or damaged, you must first contact the shipping provider to file a claim.  Once you have filed a claim, we will provide any relevant information possible to assist you with the claim.  If your package arrived damaged, we recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
